If you have a special event or a large group of people travelling together to the same destination, you may want to consider chartering one of our Embraer, Boeing 737-700, Boeing 737-800 or our A330 series aircraft or if you are travelling to an international destination our Boeing 777-300ER. All other bookings for less than ten guests can be made online or by phoning the Guest Contact Centre.
The best fares we can offer are on the Internet, you can now book up to 9 guests at any one time or alternatively, you can contact the Groups team on 13 67 00 for instant purchase options for up to 20 guests. Note: Internet fare conditions apply, which require instant payment and names at the time of booking.
Special Service Request
So we can arrange the appropriate assistance requirements for all members of your group, we request that you advise us, at the time of booking, about any guests travelling with Special Service requirements. If you don't do this, we may not be able to carry guests with Special Service Requirements on the flight. Guests travelling with Special Service Requirements include any members of the group requiring mobility assistance or any guests with hearing or vision impairments. Please advise your group sales consultant of the guests needs at the time of quoting or booking. (An information box is provided on the Group Quote Request form under Step 4. Special Service Requirements).
In order to ensure that we can provide the required service for guests requiring mobility assistance, you will be asked to provide more information to your consultant at a later date. A form will be supplied for completion to be returned to you group sales consultant.
There are also some medical conditions that may restrict travel or require clearance from a medical practitioner before a person can fly with Virgin Australia. Please refer to our Medical Clearance Guidelines (PDF 331k) to determine if you need to complete a medical clearance form prior to travelling with us.
