Step 1 – Locate your reservation
- Enter your Last Name, Departure City and Reservation Number/or Velocity Number in the fields provided
- Click “Continue” to view your itinerary
Step 2 – View your itinerary
- Select Guest Type (Male, Female or Child) and add your Velocity Number (if applicable)
- Review flight details
- Click “Select or Change Seat” to continue
Step 3 – Select or change your seat
- Click on the guest’s name for whom you’d like to select a seat
- Click on that guest’s preferred seat on the aircraft map
- Click “Check Baggage” to continue
Step 4 – Declare dangerous goods
- Review the information and graphics provided
- Declare dangerous goods by selecting “Yes” or “No”
- If you are travelling with dangerous goods, you will be asked to check in at the airport
Step 5 – Select checked bags
- Enter the number of checked bags desired for each guest
- Click “Check In” to check in and generate your boarding pass
Step 6 – Print your boarding pass
- Provided you have followed the above steps correctly, you will now be checked in for your flight
- To print your boarding pass click “Print Boarding Pass”
- Take your boarding pass with you to the airport on the day of your flight
Step 7 – At the airport
- No checked bags? Head straight to your boarding gate with your boarding pass
- Checked bags? Visit a bag drop counter with your boarding pass, and then proceed to your boarding gate

Web Check-in is available between 48 hours and 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.
If you have a Migrated Booking , you can check in using Web Check-in, provided that none of the flights in your booking have been flown prior to migration – before 12 January 2013.
