On Trans Tasman flights we offer our Flexi guests an enhanced dining experience including gourmet hot or continental breakfasts accompanied by fresh fruit. For lunch and dinner we offer a selection of two hot meals (including a vegetarian option) accompanied by a bakery item and dessert. We also extend our Flexi offering on these flights to include complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and juices all day.

On flights between Australia and Bali (Denpasar) or Australia and Thailand (Phuket) all economy guests receive a complimentary snack and selected non-alcoholic beverage. A limited selection of snacks and beverages may also be purchased, subject to availablility.

On other short haul international sectors Flexi guests receive a gourmet meal incorporating signature Luke Mangan items and beverages – including complimentary beer and wine on flights departing after 4pm.

Our Saver guests can purchase a gourmet range of snacks, meals and beverages from our onboard menu – including signature items such as sandwiches, wraps and pies from chef Luke Mangan.

All Economy guests receive complimentary tea, coffee and water. View our current onboard menu options.

Payment Types:

  • Credit card only for flights to and from Denpasar and Phuket (processed in AUD).
  • Credit card (processed in NZD) and cash (AUD and NZD) for all flights to and from Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Raratonga; and between Brisbane and Nadi and on all Trans Tasman flights*.
  • Credit card (processed in AUD) and cash (AUD and NZD) for all flights to and from Port Moresby and Honiara.
  • Credit card (processed in AUD) and cash (AUD only) for all flights between Brisbane and Wellington, Melbourne and Nadi and Adelaide and Nadi.

Note: Cash is not accepted on Codeshare services operated by Air New Zealand. Guests can pre-purchase vouchers at the airport or through the in-flight entertainment system by swiping a credit card.
