Check in on the move
Mobile check in is available via our mobile website and Blackberry application. You can check in to your flight using mobile check in from 24 hours up to 30 minutes before your departure time.
Note: Mobile check in is only available for guests using web-enabled mobile phones, travelling between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne on our Domestic services. Mobile check in is not available for guests travelling on an International flight.
How to check in using our mobile platform*
Guests travelling alone without checked baggage:
- Visit mobile.australia.com on your web-enabled mobile phone
- Retreive your booking using your booking reference number and name
- Continue through the check in process
- You will receive an MMS with your 2D barcode and check-in confirmation
- With your 2D barcode on your phone, make your way to the departure gate at the airport
- Scan your barcode, collect your boarding pass slip, and board your flight
Guests travelling with others on the same booking, without checked baggage:
- Visit mobile.australia.com on your web-enabled mobile phone
- Retreive your booking using your booking reference number and name
- Continue through the check in process
- You will receive an MMS with your check-in confirmation
- Visit the check-in kiosk or the check-in counter at the airport and print your boarding passes
- Once you have your boarding passes you can make your way to the departure gate
Guests travelling with checked baggage:
- Visit mobile.australia.com on your web-enabled mobile phone
- Enter your booking reference number and departure airport, select your seat and complete your check in
- You will receive an MMS with your check-in confirmation
- Visit the bag drop counter, drop off your bags and collect your boarding pass
- Once you have your boarding pass make your way to the departure gate
* Guests who have booked with Special Service Requests are unable to check in using our mobile platform and will need to check in via our check-in counters.
