Virgin Australia offers Premium Valet Car Parking at Brisbane Domestic Terminal

27/03/2012

Virgin Australia Airlines now offers kerbside Premium Valet parking to all guests at Brisbane Domestic Terminal.

Open every day, one hour prior to the first flight until 30 minutes after the last flight of the day, the conveniently located Premium Valet means that guests will be greeted kerbside at a dedicated valet car park, adjacent to the terminal.

Virgin Australia Group Executive Product and Guest Services, Martin Daley, said the launch of Premium Valet demonstrates the ongoing commitment in providing a premium service for all guests.

“The Premium Valet offering is designed to provide frequent and valued customers with a streamlined, hassle-free experience.”

“All guests have the convenience of leaving their car with an attendant before stepping into an exclusive reception area. A dedicated check-in desk will be available for guests with carry-on baggage only.”

Mr Daley said Premium Valet is one of a range of new product and service initiatives intended to further enhance the airport experience for Virgin Australia guests.

Other initiatives, designed to create a more seamless travel experience for Virgin Australia guests, include:

  • concierge service at Gold Coast and Canberra airports, providing personalised service to Virgin Australia’s premium guests;
  • the expansion and upgrade of Sydney and Melbourne domestic airport terminals throughout 2012, including building additional aerobridges at both airports for wide-body Airbus A330 aircraft; and
  • a new Gold Coast lounge and expansion of the Perth lounge.

The competitively-priced Brisbane Premium Valet car parking service starts from $55 for up to 14 hours and $65 for up to 24 hours.

Brisbane Premium Valet is located off Chloris and Hibiscus Streets, and is easily found by following Airport Drive past the International Terminal.

To celebrate the launch of Virgin Australia Brisbane Premium Valet, V8 Super Car drivers Craig Lowndes and Jamie Whincup were the first to test drive the service in the Team Vodafone cars.
