Monday 16 March 2009: Virgin Blue today announced a WA flight bonanza with SALE fares on Perth – Denpasar, Perth – Karratha, Perth – Newman and Perth – Broome routes effective from 12 noon today (WA time).

‘KEEPING THE AIR FAIR’ Sale fares between:

Perth –Denpasar:  $199* one-way fares available on selected flights only on the internet from midday today (WA time) for 48 hours ONLY or until sold out for travel from 19 March to until 14 June, 2009 only (lead in fare is $299 one way).

Perth – Karratha:  $79* one-way fares available on the internet from midday today (WA time) for 48 hours ONLY or until sold out for travel from 26 April until 30 June, 2009 only (lead in fare is $205 one way).

Perth – Newman:  $79* one-way fares available on the internet from midday today (WA time) for 48 hours ONLY or until sold out for travel from 26 April until 30 June, 2009 only (lead in fare is $189 one way).

Perth – Broome:  $79* one-way fares available on the internet from midday today (WA time) for 48 hours ONLY or until sold out for travel from 16 March until 31 May, 2009 only (lead in fare is $219 one way).

Since boosting its network within WA and adding non-stop flights between Perth and Denpasar in November Virgin Blue has been heartened by the support from both corporate and leisure travellers keen to keep competition in the market.
