Eligible Business guests travelling on our international long haul services can pre-book a complimentary limousine service for transfers to and from the airport.

Who is Eligible?
Eligibility for our complimentary limousine service is dependent on where a guest is travelling, the fare class they have booked and the airline operating their flight. If you are unsure if you qualify, speak to your travel agent or call our Guest Contact Centre.

Our complimentary limousine service is available to eligible guests travelling on selected flights operated by Virgin Australia and Etihad Airways. Our limousine service is not available to guests travelling on flights operated by other airlines, including Codeshare flights operated by Delta.

When you book you will need to provide:
- Your Virgin Australia booking reference;
- Your pick-up and drop-off addresses – including postal / zip codes;
- A contact number (such as an international roaming mobile) – you cannot book a limousine service without a working contact number at each location; and
- An email address – that we can use to contact you at all times.
Note: We recommend you book your limousine service as soon as you have booked your flight. Our limousine service is available to book up to 24 hours before the departure time.

Complimentary limousine transfers are available within the following specific distances of participating airports:

- Australia (including Virgin Australia domestic ports) – 60 km
- USA – 50 miles
- Abu Dhabi – within the United Arab Emirates
Codeshare Flights Operated by Etihad:
- Sydney International Airport – 50 km
- Brisbane International Airport – 60 km
- Melbourne International Airport – 80 km
- Abu Dhabi – within the United Arab Emirates
- Dublin International Airport – 50 km
- Frankfurt International Airport – 40 km
- Munich International Airport – 40 km
- London Heathrow International Airport – Business Class 100 miles; First Class 150 miles
- Manchester International Airport – 100 miles
- Moscow Domodedovo International Airport – within Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) to and from the airport
If you need to travel beyond the complimentary service range you will need to pay for the additional distance at the locally applicable rate. The limousine provider will inform you of the additional cost when you book the service. You will need to settle this cost directly with your chauffeur.
You can take other passengers with you, up to the maximum capacity of the vehicle. If two or more eligible guests travel together in the same vehicle in Australia or the United States, the complimentary distance might be extended -please ask your limousine service reservations agent for specific details.
Changes
You can change your limousine service details up to 24 hours before your flight departure. Please be aware that you need to contact the limousine provider directly to make any changes to your booking (contact details will be provided upon initial booking). Our Guest Contact Centre cannot make any changes to your limousine booking on your behalf.
Travelling to the Airport
The limousine provider will tell you your pick-up time upon confirmation of your booking. Pick-up times are set by the limousine provider, as they know how much time is required to get from your address to the airport in time to check in. The limousine provider will call you within 24 hours of your pick-up time to confirm that the service is still required.
At pick-up your chauffeur will wait for you kerbside outside the main entrance to your building or residence. The limousine will display clear signage.
Travelling from the Airport
For journeys from the airport, your chauffeur will meet you at the following location:
Australia:
| After clearing Customs you will be met by your chauffeur, holding a name board, in the arrivals area. |
United States of America:
| After clearing Customs you will be met by a concierge, holding a Virgin Australia sign, in the arrivals area. |
United Arab Emirates:
| Immediately after clearing Customs, make your way to the Etihad Chauffeur Desk located in the arrivals area, and enter the Etihad Chauffeur lounge. Wait in comfort until your chauffeur is ready to collect you, board your limousine directly from the lounge’s kerb. |
Europe and Asia:
| London Heathrow: Meet your chauffeur at the Cabot Global Chauffer Desk, located in Terminal 4.
All other airports: |
Drop-off – at the Airport
Your chauffeur will drop you off at the airport terminal, as close as possible to the relevant check-in area. Guests are responsible for taking their own baggage to the check-in area.
